I’d like to introduce Ben Trim from Infinite Financial Solutions, he is the guy looks after your policies gives advice and does whatever is required to go the hard yards. He is behind you even when no one else was to put out their hands to help and guide you. He fights for you and gets results. In the past and during my current claim who else do you know who calls you every now and again when everything is going great just to have a chat and doesn’t try and sell you something you don’t need. I have been on income protection claim for many years back in 2015 for reasons my insurance company couldn’t explain they want to kick me off claim. At the time of sufferings severe pain injuries at work and also was experiencing severe depression. Once the money stopped coming in from the claim the insurance company still took premiums from my account and I had no income resulting in what little reserves I had being eaten away.It caused me additional undue stress and angst.

Ben took over managing my claim and made certain that my claim was reinstated and all the back money was paid to me. I really don’t know what I would have done without him.

We purchased a property with the intention of splitting the block, selling one and building a dream home to live in on the other. We use the services of a mortgage broker to obtain the finance and just as we are ready to start building discovered the bank you put us with would not finance owner built homes. So here we were with an empty block insufficient finance and at our wits end.

We have known Ben for many years and he advises us in all our personal insurances and superannuation. Anyway, we contacted Ben to see if he could help with a mortgage. Because we were owner builders apparently there are only limited options for finance but Ben addressed our needs and was able to assist us secure a loan at very competitive rates.

I could tell Ben Trim was genuine from the start, not trying to rip me off but the opposite.  Getting the best deal for my family and I.  He kept in contact a couple of times every year.  Then when I needed help with a claim (broken neck from a motorbike accident), he was there and took care of it all for me.  I don’t know any insurance broker who does that.  He liased with the insurance company ensuring that we would get what we had paid for, and we did. Ben continues to follow me up now and I know he will continue in the future.  I couldn’t have had anyone better to look after our Insurance.
